All Sales Final – No Refunds or Exchanges

At Eden's Muse, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted vegan beauty products — including perfume oils, mineral cosmetics, bath soaps, and body scrubs — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

We take great care in crafting each product with clean, high-quality ingredients. Because our items are personal care products, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mysticdiaz13@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
